For 2 months i've been slacking 110%. Out went healthy and in went ALL of the bad. I mean ALL.. everything.. EVERYTHING i ever wanted i ate. Maybe that explains the rapid weight I've gained. Argh.. But it definitely resolved the infatuation i had with food. 80% of the stuff i ate i realized is G-R-O-S-S. I felt ill after. I definitely have learned the lesson of indulgence. Its good while it lasted, but its not worth it. I could feel the fat coming on litterally. So here goes to a life of healthy living! Fruits, veggies, fish.. YUM! I'm excited! Can't wait. It will be a blessing in disguise. I'll lose the 40 pounds I need to lose. Just give me time!
