			<description>&lt;p&gt;My first day here and I could sure use some help.&amp;nbsp; I am a 44 year old single female.&amp;nbsp; A few years ago my weight was 311 #; the most I have ever weighed.&amp;nbsp; About a month ago or so I was the lowest weight I've ever been&amp;nbsp;since those 311 #.&amp;nbsp; I was down to 222.&amp;nbsp; That's a weight loss of 89 #.&amp;nbsp; I don't know what my motivation was and I don't care.&amp;nbsp; All I know is that it's gone&amp;nbsp; and I don't know how to get it back.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;I'm so scared that I might gain all that weight back again.&amp;nbsp; In about a month or so I have gained 8 # and I'm terrified that I'm at the beginning of a downward spiral and I never want to be back to that starting weight again.&amp;nbsp; I am now back up to 230 # and am eating any &amp;amp; everything.&amp;nbsp; I am a big time carboholic.&amp;nbsp; I love any and all pastries, cake, cookies,&amp;nbsp;candy, soda, ice cream, pasta, pizza, etc... I don't know how to get back whatever it was that was keeping me going.&amp;nbsp; I feel like Caloriecount may help.&amp;nbsp; There's alot to take in but as I'm going over everything, I'm getting excited and feel like this could help.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;I don't know what my motivation was or where it went but I do know that I have to find some way to get it back and I need all the help I can get.&amp;nbsp; I really need&amp;nbsp;to get down to 165.&lt;/p&gt;</description>			<comments>http://caloriecount.about.com/users/floridanaturegirl/231490.html</comments>
