hi

i jsut saw this pop up on the side, hope u dont ,mind, but i see that ur eating under 1200, that is the MINIMUM that anyone should to lose weight.  its most likely that u can lose weight eating more and IF youre active, u could probly lose weight eating more than that.  most healthy ppl can lose on more than just the minimum.
