217 is the damage. Seventeen pounds up, but at least not all of it is back. I can still fit into my 14s comfortably, and so now we just have to start chipping away again.
Student life is so difficult for maintence. Where do the calories come from? Snackage, an extra slice, chicken fingers for dinner when there's no time to get groceries, exchanging sleep for exercise and snacking while studying. What it amounts to, basically, somehow, is 12 lbs in 3 months, a steady gain of 1 lb a week. Annoying.
