Perhaps you know this, but I wasn't into LENTILS so much, but after a show on their benefits, i'm really enthusiastic!

I cooked my first lentils dish with ESTON (small green lentils). It took only 30 minutes to cook them, and it's a good side-dish. This spefic kind of lentils require NO SOAKING! 

The benefits:

  1. lots of fibre
  2. lean (no fat)
  3. filling (you feel you are satisfied after a serving)
  4. low-calorie
  5. cheap!
