I am at 140.4. Still would like to see 139.8 or something again soon. Had a closing finally and went to buy jeans. Bought 2 pair (1 size 6, other 8) and 4 shirts and new bra for 57 bucks at Kohls. Not bad at all. Can't even feel guilty! Would have liked to buy zebra print dress but didn't really need it and I'm on a budget.
Since holiday today did workout at home. Got nervous last week with squat and lifting 40 lbs over head. So increased this week-up to 3 rep week- and had BF lift bar up for me and place on back. He weighed his bar and it came out to 6 lbs so I added 50 so squatted 56 lbs-pretty tough.
Best thing-pushups are getting a bit easier! They are still girl ones but I am not dying. I would like to know who can do a real pushup and how long did it take you? I feel like such a weekling in that area.
Standing row 38 lbs plus bar-used curl bar for this-don't think it weighs 25 lbs like the one at the gym-but this wa painful.
Step up onto milk crate-ok-can only use 10 lb plate at home.
Prone jackknife--have swissball now. OMG-what a bitch. This is so hard for me to keep my balance on and after my stomach muscles are so sore....unreal
So I have to start doing this all at gym because it is easier to know what the weights are.
Took measurements-not real happy because not big difference but I feel leaner and stronger and most clothes are looser.
Bust 35 Bra Band area 29 Waist smallest 29 At navel 32 Thickest part of hips 39
(funny cause if I measure before my thighs where it is just hip bone it is 36 so If I can shrink my thighs to align with that I would be 36 in hips and happy!)

HAppy 4th everyone! I won't eat too bad but beer is another story....
I can't do real pushups. I use the smith machine with the bar at the 2nd rung up so its maybe a little over 30degree angle. I hope some day to be able to do at least one on the floor. |
