My kingdom for a .2 lb. loss!
Okay, I don't HAVE a kingdom. But seriously it's Friday, my usual cheat day, and I would feel a lot better if I saw 178.something before I have a 48 hour sodium-induced weight gain.
the bright side is you are solidly in the 170's, not the 180's. :) how are you doing today, after the weekend? |
I am enjoying that dreaded sodium-induced weight gain after ordering a pizza Friday night and re-heating it throughout the weekend. There may have also been movie-theater popcorn. So I was up in the 180s today but I'm pretending it didn't happen. On an unpleasant note I have been really sick to my stomach the last couple of days and between the vomiting and the stuff from the other end I may "lose" some weight really quickly here. |
