no journaling for a few months...

well a few weeks ago the DBF decided that when our lease is up (in 2 weeks now) that we should be moving to a house (as in to buy). Which is great! But would have been sooo much better if he'd thought of it a few months ago so that we could actually be moving into a house in 2 weeks... instead he have to move to holding at our respective parents houses. Neither of which have the net! And now im trying to empty the freezer and the pantry (at least a bit, dont want to put it in storage for a few months!) so all the unhealthy stuff i thought i could make on occasion we have to eat a few times a week.. instead of once a month like i planned. Pulled pork.. corned beef... steaks... ravioli.. ect. Once i get to my parents house i will be able to get back on with my healthy eating, and will be able to log on here once a week at the library (somehow.. its another city so my library card doesnt work there... ill figure that out lol) But i wont be able to post my fabulous menus for 2-3 months! :'((. Kinda a bummer... but i will be journaling them by hand (makes it easier for me to stay on track and helps to remind me to pull things out of the freezer!)

over my target range

well im over... im up to almost 1900 calories, but im not too bummed about it. 1800 is what CC had me at w/o a goal date, so i still have a 300 calorie deficit. I was just really craving cheese and crackers earlier and i knew if i tried to sub in something else i would just eat more of it than cheese and crackers, so why fight it. But now im not having my dessert after dinner, thats a bummer lol! But i may have a small piece of chocolate... 3 in a serving for 150, and i only eat 1. mmmmm

next weekend

I think next weekend i want to try to pull of an at home spa day. Complete with 1 day juice fast and lil one at grandma n grandpas lol. It would look like this:

Fri night:

Salad for dinner, visualization for 20 min, mud bath, bedtime

Sat:

wakeup, hot lemon juice, 9am hot herbal tea, 10:30 juice, 12:00 tomato juice, 2:00 hot herbal tea, 4:00 rasp-peach juice, 5:00 herbal tea, 6:00 apple carrot juice, 8:00 herbal tea.

9:00 body brushing, 9:30 hydrotherapy, 11:00 pilates, 3:00 massage, 6:00 visualization.

Sun:

8:00 body toning, 9:00 breakfast ( fruit salad of some sort), 11:00 Steam, 1:00 lunch (salad of some sort), 3:00 hair and skin cleansing, 6:00 dinner (salad of some sort), 8:00 epsom bath, 10:00 bath.

And losts of water the whole weekend. This all does rely on the hubby not minding picking up a few more groceries and taking the lil one an hours drive to my parents.

*camping that weekend, so i will put this off til the 25-26th, maybe the 1-2nd as we are going out the 25th and i would like a glass of wine, which is contradicting the detox weekend*
