I ate really bad last night. I got a real bad case of the lazies and didnt cook dinner, instead we got papa johns. MMM it was delic but so terrible. I am going to the gym today and will eat a healthy meal for dinner. When I changed my belly ring last night for the first time and I got tunnel vision and almost fainted. Was not a good experience. I think it was cause I hadnt eaten anything yet and my sinus's are still full of crap. Well here is todays plan that I will follow.
Wednesday Plan
BF - Hot tea w/ tbsp of honey (60) Kashi GoLean oatmeal (150)
Snack - yogurt (80)
Lunch - Tuna 2.5 oz (75) minute brown rice ready serve (230)
Snack - Hot tea w/ tbsp of honey (60) medium apple (80) almonds (100)
Workout- HIIT 30 min.
Dinner - Baked boneless, skinless Chicken breast w. tortellini in a homemade parmesean sauce and 1 cup green beans. (unsure of calories cause I need to get the recipe together)
