grrrrrrrrrrrrrr..........still on 280 (20stone to fellow Brits)....could live with it if had gotten down to 210 and struggling to get rid of remaining few poud, but to be stuck at this fat weight is pissing me right off

right, am now getting back into the swing of things. i managed to download Calorieking software which i am running alongside Calorie-count. not much to choose 'tween them but i do find the Calorieking easier on the exercise front as it appears! (jury out on this so far) THAT BY NOT GIVING A DAILY CAL BURNT ALLOWANCE, AND HAVING THE CAPACITY TO ENTER STEPS IT MAKES FOR AN EASIER READ, FOR ME ANYWAY. SO, AS IT GOES, MY FIRST THREE DAYS WENT LIKE THIS
2298 OUT OF 2000 ALLOWED TUES
2246 CALS OUT OF A BUDGET OF 2000 WEDS
489 OUT OF 2000 THURS
AND SO FAR TODAY WITH THE EVE TO GO
91 OUT OF MY 2000 ALLOWANCE. BEFORE ANYONE THINKS AM STARVING MYSELF, (SORRY ABOUT UPPER CASE, DIdnt notice) but have had around 1350 so far but they deduct the cals burned thru exercise as your day progresses. have burnt around 1290

past week has been a disaster, was all for giving up. ON TOP of my 2300 daily allowance i reckon i added around 1000 in choccy daily!! plus occassional junk food. have avoided weighing myself as was convinced i would be around 5-7 lb up...imagine my suprise that i am exactly as i was. 280lb. so its not too late for me to get off this pig-out and get focussed again...phew

Thank you everybody (holding back the tears!!) i'd like to thank my parents and all my managemet team, the crew, my mates from school who mercillesly ridiculed me. thanks to cadburys and carlsberg! for giving me succour. last nite was a friggin disaster... must have been a 3000 cal meal...nam bread chicken curry potato wedges and to end it all rooooobarb crumble, and do i feel guilty??? heck as like

today i have been posting my stats onto the Calorieking database that i have, i am running it alongside CC. according to its update on my intake / burned ratio of cals it says...you have recorded 194 cals on this day (subtracting 1036 burned from 1230 eaten) your target was 2000....so i guess that i can afford around 1300 cals at my meal out later. i dont think that the calorieking database allows for an amount of cals burned allowance like cc does, in my case around 3000
at present have had 16% fat 14% protein and 70% carbs
would imagine that a chicken based meal would be best tonight so as to up the protein
what say you my friends?

have gone downhill and imagine i have put on loads of weight but too scared to check. been a fortnight of backsliding and have to stop NOW...the plateau really hit me. so i'll take stock today and look at a diet to get me back on track. i will re assess all the figures that the tools display and see if a cant get the right balance of carbs prots and fat.
intend to eat more fish, lean chicken, eggs a couple of times a week and NO NO bread. its the ruin of me, i have been doing 8 slices a day almost. am not a great one for veg but stir fry veggies when nice and crispy are ok so will try to have them most days. plus fruit. will also enter the exact cals
also will be a bit more realistic with the exercise. i'll count pedometer readings as part of daily allowance burned and if a do an hour cycling i'll enter that as extras. does that sound okay, anyone? am desparate to get back

have had horrenously frustrating time this past two weeks, in a plateau and today hit 3000 cals by lunchtime! have just posted on a fitness thread and am gonna try to run! 200 yds monday then increase gradually yo a mile over time.....a long time
