grrrrrrrrrrrrrr..........still on 280 (20stone to fellow Brits)....could live with it if had gotten down to 210 and struggling to get rid of remaining few poud, but to be stuck at this fat weight is pissing me right off

Hay, can you give me a few details of what you have been doing? you walk alot - right? have you tried walkng the same distance... but.... fasteR? that wil lhelp your metablisum get a kick up the backside and maybe also look at where your cals are coming from. If you can eat 2,000 are they a healthy 2,000? keep it going, you have lost lots and you can lose this weight too!!

I will just add ((((HUGS)))) Han has some great suggestions!!

I know the feeling about being on a plateau.  I have gained and lost these same 4 lbs, several times, over the last 2 MONTHS!!!  It is very frustrating.  But I know there are places I can improve on, so that is what I am concentrating on now.  I know eventually if I keep doing the right things that scale is going to move!!!!

So don't GIVE UP!!!!  Your body has probably just built up some new muscle.  It wont be long before your body is ready to let go of some more fat for fuel for the extra muscle.  Just hang in there.  :)

Why don't you join us in the forums in the 100 club.  We all make suggestions on topics to discuss and we make up a weekly challenge for ourselves.  And just generally have a good time.  It really helped me to keep focus on my weight lifting this past week.
