Entry A Month has Passed

Well a month has passed since i last wrote a log and thought that since im bored at work that i would jot down a few things.

Well I am currently sitting at about 260 and have managed to get stay within my 10lbs a month goal that i have set for myself. I was aming for 265 for part of the halloween group that i was part of and acheeved that with 264 in the end. I have about 26% body fat and i know that i have a ways to go on that.

I have learned a few things over this time and has made me really set in on my goals and thought that i would do it in three steps.

The First step is the same that i have been aiming for all along. 250 by christmas. And since it is November 11, and i am at 260 with 10 lbs to go i think that i will be able to get to that goal quicker the logic behind this is simple as i will hope for a 245 by christmas but know with all the good food my mom and grandma makes i will probably gain some of it back. So if im on the south side of 250 in the end of that then i will be happy.

The Second Step was my ultimate goal that i had originally set up for myself and that is to be at 235 by my birthday on March 3. Im hoping that Christmas will not bee too rough on me and will be able to lose the 15 lbs in the two months.

This leaves me to my last step. I found out that one of my best and oldest friend has asked me to be in his wedding party. I know that his wedding is in May. So assuming that it is in the beginning of May that still gives me roughly 2 months. With that 2 months i want to lose another 15 lbs and be sitting at around 220. This means that from July 1.09 till that point i would have lost 80 lbs.

Lastly is my maintanence. From the wedding to the beginning of summer I am hoping to maintane that weight or have even improved on it. If i am able to successfully do this then i know that i have achieved the greatest think that i  can do for myself. The two months are curcial to me because that means that i have changed enough to not worry about getting fat again and remember to stay healthy and eat right. This is when i have decided to get my tattoo that i have always wanted. This gives me plenty of time to figure out what it will look like and where to have it placed.

AS a side not.. i have to start preparing myself to do the around the bay race with my friend. I am hoping that i will be able to walk the total length of the course and that i will not embarresse her.
