i've had a total of about 2 months off school since last october...and i'm finally graduating this saturday! it's been intense, and impossible to maintain/lose weight.
i'd previously lost 35lbs.
i was about 145 starting...
160 after 1st quarter.
170 now.
every break we had, i lost 5-10lbs and then gained it all back during school lol.
SO.
now that i'm graduating in 3 days...
i miss being healthy.
i miss being active.
i've never wanted to just MOVE more in my life.
GOALS:
start weight: 9/20[170]
Nov 1/09- [160]
Dec 6/09- [150]
Dec 20/09- [146]
Final: Jan 25/09 [146]
that's with losing 1.5-2lbs/wk...completely doable.
AND NOW...to get myself there:
1) drink more water more regularily...120oz a day at least. (this is pretty typical, but i dont think i've been getting enough water lately.)
2) eat less sugars. esp unatural ones.
3) do something active 6 days a week/daily.
-run, bike, work out, yoga, hike, dance, swim, walk, etc. PLAY HARD!!! :)

1) so i've been doing really well drinking more water...
don't really have to think about it any more too much lol. i love it.
2) haven't even been thinking too much about the sugars...
BUT i'm going on birth control in the next few days so i'm gonna have to if i want to even think about staying the same weight much less gaining a few pounds.
sugar, be gone!

3) i need to work out more.
lift- 3x week.
yoga- 1x week.
swim- 1x week.
run- 1x week.
(ideally, i'd like to do WAY more, but i'll start with something i know is attainable.)
