Entry update goals

1) drink water more regularily...120oz a day at least. (this is pretty typical, but i dont think i've been getting enough water lately.)
2) eat less sugars. esp unatural ones.

1) so i've been doing really well drinking more water...
don't really have to think about it any more too much lol. i love it.

2) haven't even been thinking too much about the sugars...
BUT i'm going on birth control in the next few days so i'm gonna have to if i want to even think about staying the same weight much less gaining a few pounds.
sugar, be gone!

3) i need to work out more.
lift- 3x week.
yoga- 1x week.
swim- 1x week.
run- 1x week.
(ideally, i'd like to do WAY more, but i'll start with something i know is attainable.)
