			<title>getting back on track</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;i've had a total of about 2 months off school since last october...and i'm finally graduating this saturday! it's been intense, and impossible to maintain/lose weight. &lt;br /&gt;i'd previously lost 35lbs.&lt;br /&gt;i was about 145 starting...&lt;br /&gt;160 after 1st quarter.&lt;br /&gt;170 now.&lt;br /&gt;every break we had, i lost 5-10lbs and then gained it all back during school lol.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;SO.&lt;br /&gt;now that i'm graduating in 3 days...&lt;br /&gt;i miss being healthy.&lt;br /&gt;i miss being active.&lt;br /&gt;i've never wanted to just MOVE more in my life.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;GOALS:&lt;br /&gt;start weight: 9/20[170]&lt;br /&gt;Nov 1/09- [160]&lt;br /&gt;Dec 6/09- [150]&lt;br /&gt;Dec 20/09- [146] &lt;br /&gt;Final: Jan 25/09 [146]&lt;br /&gt;that's with losing 1.5-2lbs/wk...completely doable.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;AND NOW...to get myself there:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1) drink more water more regularily...120oz a day at least. (this is pretty typical, but i dont think i've been getting enough water lately.)&lt;br /&gt;2) eat less sugars. esp unatural ones.&lt;br /&gt; 3) do something active 6 days a week/daily. &lt;br /&gt;-run, bike, work out, yoga, hike, dance, swim, walk, etc. PLAY HARD!!! :)&lt;br /&gt;-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------&lt;/p&gt;</description>			<comments>http://caloriecount.about.com/users/gingerkittyos/342374.html</comments>

(this is pretty typical, but i dont think i've been getting enough water lately.)&lt;br /&gt;2) eat less sugars. esp unatural ones.&lt;br /&gt; ---&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1) so i've been doing really well drinking more water...&lt;br /&gt;don't really have to think about it any more too much lol. i love it.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2) haven't even been thinking too much about the sugars... &lt;br /&gt;BUT i'm going on birth control in the next few days so i'm gonna have to if i want to even think about staying the same weight much less gaining a few pounds.&lt;br /&gt;sugar, be gone!&lt;br /&gt;---&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3) i need to work out more. &lt;br /&gt;lift- 3x week.&lt;br /&gt;yoga- 1x week.&lt;br /&gt;swim- 1x week.&lt;br /&gt;run- 1x week. &lt;br /&gt;(ideally, i'd like to do WAY more, but i'll start with something i know is attainable.)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;----------------------------------------------------------------------------------&lt;br /&gt;basic goals:&lt;br /&gt;1) drink more water&lt;br /&gt;2) eat less sugar&lt;br /&gt;3) work out more often&lt;/p&gt;</description>			<comments>http://caloriecount.about.com/users/gingerkittyos/318835.html</comments>
