Entry what happened? Day 1 no binge. Worked out at gym.

Ugghhhh.  What happened last night.  I waited too long to eat dinner. 

I got home around 6:30 and didn't eat until almost 8 and i was hungry. I just didn't know what i wanted, and didn't feel like having anything we had.

I started snacking on whole wheat crackers and home made hummus.  Then Chris decided he wanted pizza, so we shared a frozen amy's organic pesto pizza, which has 3 servings, and he probably had about 2 and i had one.  Then after that he went upstairs to shower and i was still hungry, but who knows.  maybe i just wanted something sweet.  So, i had 2 hershey dark kisses, and then i had a chocoalte chip cookie.  And then a few cinnamon cugar soy crisps.

We decided to rent a movie and we made popcorn.  The buttered kind, the bad kind like you get at the theater.  And i ate some of that.  so, looking back it wasn't too out of control, but i definitely ate more than i had planned yesterday.  I am sure it has a lot to do with that i waited to long in between meals to eat and i have PMS.  so, here's to starting over today.  I went to the gym this morning and so far have eaten pretty healthy. ugghhhh, and today i will drink a ton of water so i am not dehydrated.   and i can get rid of some of the extra water retention i have from last night.
