SO my weight is 145lbs. today. What's up with that?  I don't know, but it makes me bummed out.  I haven't been working out.  I haven't been weighing myself often.  I have been trying to eat healthy, but i have been drinking more than usual. I need to set new goals and try to stick to them.  I would love to reach 135 soon.  It seems so silly, like it is only 10 lbs.  why is that so hard for me?  I know i can do it.  I just have to set my mind to it and get my butt back in the gym in the mornings.  I will weigh myself again next Thursday and home to be 2 lbs. lighter next week.  I am going to try to get up tomorrow morning and work out. We'll see.

I saw your stats on "find a CC twin" and we're kind of similar. just different goals. I'm trying to get down to 140 and I'm currently 146/7. You already know what you need to do, put down the drinks and hit that gym  lady, good luck and happy losing :-)
