Entry trying to have 5 small meals a day

meal 1-marmalade on 2 slices of toast
meal 2-low fat yoghurt with a small banana
meal 3-8 small strawberries with 10 grapes
meal 4-corn on the cob with low sugar jam and vegetables
meal 5-packet of snack-a-jacks

drinks-4 cups of tea

this plan has kinda helped me from binges because eating every 2-3 hours helps.but i still need to up my calories a little

does anyone think this is ok as im tryng to not sound like i eat so much for this ocd thing i have but have foods with higher calories in than before....
bowl of cereal with cup of tea,fresh fruit salad,water, 2 pieces of corn on the cob with low sugar jam,hot chocolate

today for 800 still seems alot to me- scrambled egg whites on 2 slices of dry toast with chopped tomatoes and tea,ribenna light,10 cherries,paket of malteasers,corn on the cob with low sugar jam and vegetables,packet of snack-a-jacks,low cal hot chocolate and some gum.... i hear so many people who eat less than that and they have 1200 a day,thats what annoys me.
if i eat 900 calories wouldnt that seem to much food on the list? im trying to eat every 1-2 hours coz im getting craveings and hungryiness,must be that time of month coming up. dam i really want that mars bar thats stareing at me =( and im craveing like mad for biscuits. argh its so hard to maintain 7 stone =(

i am frustrated of people saying i starve myself i mean seriously come on today like a normal day i ate- scrambled egg whites on 2 slices of toast with tea,bottle of ribenna light,small can of tuna in brine,an orange,grilled chicken with vegetables and half a can of chopped tomatoes,7 strawberries, low calorie hot chocolate,2 pieces of sugar-free gum. 

 people that is alot for 800 calories if u dont mind me saying so!! and from reading that u would think the same. comment if u like.

b-rice krispies with an apple and coffee
l-grilled chicken with 4 portions of veggies and 7 strawberries
s-bottle of ribenna light with packet of snack-a-jacks
d-ww soup with sugar free jelly and 1 cup of tea
s-low cal hot choc and sugar free gum
quite alot for 870 cals

b-rice krispies with skimmed milk and 2 slices of nimble bread with low sugar jam and coffee
l-pear and a muller corner yoghurt
s-packet of snack-a-jacks and 2 cups of tea
d-can of soup
s-7 strawberries and a low calorie hot chocolate
then the binge started....

B-rice krispies and coffee
L-apple and a pear
S-8 strawberries and a muller light yoghurt
D-grilled chicken with a can of vegetable soup and 2 portions of vegetables
S-packet of snack-a-jacks,1 apple with a low calorie hot chocolate

done an hours exercise(30 mintutes of my mini trampoline and 30 mintute jogging on my step aerobic step,this is what i usually do when i work out along with 300 cruches and sometimes lifting 3lb weights)

b-large granny smith cooking apple(cooked in microwave) mixed with 1oz of rice krispies,coffee
l-2 cups of decaf tea with a curlywhirly chocolate bar and 8 strawberries
d-grilled chicken with half a can of chopped tomatoes and 3 portions of vegetables
s-low calorie hot chocolate,apple,biscuit

total calories i had today is around 1200 give or take a little,i didnt do any exercise today just been sitting on the computer at home(which i know wont do anythink for me!!) =( but i will try and do some tomorrow and i have college to =)

b-all bran cereal with skimmed milk, coffee and 1 apple

d-grilled salmon with vegetables(6 pieces of aspargus,6 mini corn things,6 mushrooms)and half a can of chopped tomatoes
s-low calorie hot chocolate with an apple and packet of snack-a-jacks

**did about 50 mintutes exercise(throughout the day) 
note: ive had a good day giving the fact that im not hungry and ive used all my 1200 calories (give or take a little), im full up and ready to go to sleep now =) night night.
