meal 1-marmalade on 2 slices of toast
meal 2-low fat yoghurt with a small banana
meal 3-8 small strawberries with 10 grapes
meal 4-corn on the cob with low sugar jam and vegetables
meal 5-packet of snack-a-jacks
drinks-4 cups of tea
this plan has kinda helped me from binges because eating every 2-3 hours helps.but i still need to up my calories a little
