			<description>&lt;p&gt;First off I hurt my foot last weekend I think I broke my toe&amp;nbsp; and I haven't been able to work out and &amp;nbsp;to &amp;nbsp;top&amp;nbsp; it off I haven't lose any weight in 3 weeks I am becoming stressed out behind it a little. Since I stared this new weight loss challenge&amp;nbsp;I havent&amp;nbsp; lose a pound and it's already&amp;nbsp; going on six weeks and I am so behind on losing weight and it's been &amp;nbsp;looking like 151.2 for the past 3 to 4 weeks well I am not happy . I think I am going &amp;nbsp;to another Doctor for a second option . I am so confused. Since I off those pills i haven't lose any weight I think my metabolism is very&amp;nbsp;low...... 			<description>&lt;p&gt;This week is ok I been eating&amp;nbsp; right and working out , I been working though lunch and getting off at 1pm and I come home and get a good meal and then workout and then have a small snack and I feel I eat a lot &amp;nbsp;less. 			<title>Starting on week 6</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;Well it's Staring week 6 in my weight lose class and I think I haven't lose a pound if that I may have lose 1 lb at this point. (not sure) I have at&amp;nbsp; least 5 more week's to go I don't understand what to do to lose weight in my current condition ,I&amp;nbsp; am off those pills that cause weight gain and I am working out every day, But I don't no where to go from here,I know i will continue to work out and eat right ,But how soon will my metabolism kick back in I don't know but at least&amp;nbsp; I know why I wasn't,t losing weight, I thing's I am doing now are I am taking half the pill she presently gave me once in the Morning and I also take the lovstain and I take some&amp;nbsp; herbal life product's which are metabolism booster and remove cell light pill. and then I take garlic pills with my last meal .&lt;/p&gt;</description>			<comments>http://caloriecount.about.com/users/got2nowit/352041.html</comments>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;Well I went to pick my new pills my doctor has given me and I try-ed &amp;nbsp;them on Sunday I didn't like the way they made me feel I felt tired and depress. all at same time ,the&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;man at Walgeen's&amp;nbsp; told me that&amp;nbsp; the pills should be out my system in 7 days and&amp;nbsp; he didn't know how long it would take for my metabolism to get back on track.... I will still workout&amp;nbsp; at least&amp;nbsp; 4 to 5 days a week .and eat 1200 calorie a day. I will burn 225 Calorie to 300 calorie a day. 			<description>&lt;p&gt;Well I heard from my Doctor last nite and she want to be me on a higher volume of HBP Pills which don't think is right,&amp;nbsp; and she taking off the one pills that has all those side affects and I don't want to take those high dose of HBP Pills I don't like to be over medicated . 			<description>&lt;p&gt;Well i haven't been able to loss weight the way I thought&amp;nbsp;i should for over a year now I gone from 140 to 160 In 7 Month's once I took a good look at it , But my weight coach told me to look&amp;nbsp;into &amp;nbsp;the med's my Doc has given &amp;nbsp;me for my HBP and I am on 2 New Meds since i moved to Denver One this Lovstain it's for my High cholesterol and I google it wasn't warmful at all then I look up&amp;nbsp; the another one it's Amlodipline Besylate&amp;nbsp; it's 5MG and out of all 3 this one was the one&amp;nbsp;with&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;alot &amp;nbsp;of side affects I about fall out of my chair reading all those comments from different people&amp;nbsp; everything from leg swollen to rashes and weight gain and something in this&amp;nbsp;med's slow's down your metabolism I&amp;nbsp; was &amp;nbsp;glad to read it ,but what&amp;nbsp;do i do &amp;nbsp;now I called my doctor and share my concern with her I think I might stop taking this pill cause I was&amp;nbsp;doing good just on MY HBP Pills&amp;nbsp; in past I&amp;nbsp; think I was becoming depress cause,&amp;nbsp;I the past 7 to 8 month''s I have only lose 8 real Pound's and I really been trying&amp;nbsp;hard , But this information did make feel a little better.........right now I weigh 150.6 I haven't lose any weight in 3 weeks and I been doing everything right.&lt;/p&gt;</description>			<comments>http://caloriecount.about.com/users/got2nowit/350009.html</comments>
