Somehow, even though it's the middle of August, the kids and I seem to have a headcold....I don't get it. I made the mistake of taking something to help me sleep last night too, forgetting that that stuff doesn't wear off of me for like....I don't know....8 years. LOL The headache and aches and weight of my head are never worth the sleep those little pills provide.
I guess my question is, should I still run? I want to. I NEED to. I just want to not feel any worse either.
Weekly weigh in tomorrow....I feel so "heavy" and achy that I honestly don't know what to anticipate. I'm hoping for the best though! Good luck this week everyone!
Rest, rest, rest. Even if you were able to run, pushing your body will do you more harm than good. If you take one day of rest now, you may be ready to go by tomorrow. If you push yourself, you may get sicker and be off your plan for several days. Relax and get some rest. |
