I stepped on the scale today to see that 4 more pounds have fleed my body....yeah!! I think my week vacation helped.....whenever I start to get stuck, I notice a week of eating maitenance calories and less exercise helps shake things back up. In addition to that, these last couple weeks I've added some (light) weights to my workouts and I really think it's making a difference. Finally, having the goal of the 5K next month is helping re-dedicate me to that treadmill.
I'm just so happy.
6 more pounds til my original goal of 160....I can't believe I am this close!!! 46lbs lost in total now since early January.....and I am already looking forward to eating some holiday foods!!!!! Keep smiling and keep pushing guys, we will get there!!
