Entry Not impressed

So, first day goes well, day 2 goes ok until we decide to go out for an italian, i am good, choose a tomato based pasta with no cream, but decide to help myself to the foccacia bread in the middle and then give in to fresh strawberry cheesecake. In the end i didnt end up overeating by too many calories but i still ate more then i should.

Day 3 goes well, been a good day or so i thought. felt nice a slim this morning, feel awful and bloated now. i think i have to cut the bread out completely now, not even the 'good' bread is doing me any favours!

but then i go and make the mistake of getting on my Wii and weighing myself straight after tea....and i have put on 2lbs.....:( not happy. normally at this point, i think, whats the point, i have followed the rules, had breakfast for 2 days, been careful (sort of yesterday) over what i ate and here i am putting on 2lbs! normally, i cut out breakfast and start to loose weight quickly, but i want to do it right this time and it doesnt seem to work. I have 9 weeks and 3 days to go so i have to make this work! i cannot give up!

so here goes again tomorrow. start again, bit more protein i think and less carbs, i had brown rice this evening for tea which was nice so will stick to that for main of carbs and avoid the bread. we will see how it goes! :(

will keep it posted!

It could have been water-weight, food, etc. Who knows.  If you are weighing yourself every day, I'd reccomend looking at the trend at the end of the week oppoed to what you weight every day.  Also, it's best to weight yourself first thing in the morning (after you go to the bathroom if you can), before you eat anything.  That will give you a better idea.  Later on in the day, you'll have a bit of water retention, etc.

If you flop one day, don't worry about it too much.  Worrying about it will only make it harder for you to keep going.  If I have a "bad" day, I just tell myself I'll have to try extra hard tomorrow, etc.
