Entry Day 4

Day four going well so far. Lunch time and i think its all good! No bread today and feel much better for it already! :)

Had a very good day food wise! Made myself a lovely tea! Bacon (less fat) Leeks and Mushrooms cooked in fresh garlic and 40g of light cottage cheese. All that over a baked spud, yummy! loved every mouthful. What is it about food that is so nice?

so, i weighed myself again on the Wii and i lost a pound, so happy again. Did 21 minutes of Shape boxing on My Fitness Coach, 50 Jack-knifes, 16 Minutes Yoga and 3 Minutes Hoola-Hoop which was fun! :)

So all in all, a very sucessful day for diet. Done nothing in the hosue though and got so much to do, some studying too! off to bed now with my study stuff! :)

Oh, gave in and weighed myself AGAIN after i had finished exercising and had lost another half! yey! ha ha ! :)
