So thus far I've done a pretty good job keeping up with my challenge. In fact, I've upped it to a couple of things because I was antsy to get it going. I now drink 4L of water a day, which, if nothing else, keeps my hands and my mouth busy. I also eat 2 servings of vegetables every day, and try to get at least 30 g of fiber... I also make sure to have at least 80 g of protein a day, combined with the fiber, I don't get hungry so often. I also now floss and rinse every night 
So for this week, I'm gonna work on my fiber needs some more. I'm also gonna try and get more fruit in. I'm also gonna try to limit my cheese intake to 2 oz a day, and maybe do some situps this week? We shall see. I'm also trying to get enough sleep-- I think I'll try to go to bed at 11:30 tonight. J needs to get on board though... I wake up if he comes to bed after I'm asleep, and then I can't fall back asleep. We'll see.
