Today has been bad. I have noticed that Friday and Saturday are my hardest days. I woke up with the plan of being really good. I waited until I got to work and poured a cup of coffee. I drank water on the way to work and had my regular old Cheerios for breakfast. I started working and it was nice and quiet. Then everyone else started showing up. They have to walk past my desk to come into the office and get out. So, when they all decided to go to Starbucks and my office coffee sounded and tasted gross, I went over. So my nice breakfast of 200 calories became 435. And then all of my fruits and vegetables that I keep in the fridge were gone so I had to come up with something for lunch. I gave in to my bagel weakness and had a salad with no dressing, a bagel and a banana. Now at about 800 calories. Time for dinner... Spaghetti. I am ending my day a few calories away from my goal (really like 15) and have a strong urge to have an ice cream cone. I have some of the Skinny Cow ice cream but it is still 100 or 150 depending on which one I pick. I am going to try to stop thinking about it and hope that since I wrote it all down, I can let go. And drink more water!
