Entry first Entry 10 weeks in and my first challenge
Dec 10 2006 11:50

I can't believe I am doing this. The first 4 weeks of working out were such a challange. I don't know if I could have done this without my trainer Shane. He is awesome. I need to learn that everything he tells me is true. I will never forget when we "changed up" my workout. I could not get out of bed the next day. He told me that i would hurt the next day, and that i need to make sure on day 2 to workout. I couldn't. I thought I couldn't. I skipped my workout that morning and was in misery all day. I decided to go workout after work. 10 minutes into it i felt like a milllion dollars. LISTEN TO YOUR TRAINER.
My next big challenge is going to be Christmas. Today is my first Christmas get together. I am nervous. I am going to my dads and everyone brings fattening food. my sister and I are bringing the veggie tray. I plan on loading up on that, then having a little bit of everything that i want. I don't think I can deprive myself. Wish me luck.
