To help me stay on track, I'm making a list to help keep me focused.  I may add on more later, but here is at least a start.

1) Being thin, I feel better about myself, have more confidence, I'm just generally happier.

2) Holidays are here and so are lots more calories so I must be very careful. (unlike how careful I was to eat twice the amount of candy corn i normally eat each year).

3) I donated my bigger pants etc. so I CAN't afford to gain weight.

4) Husband's christmas party - I'm entirely too self-conscious, but I want to feel comfortable that I look good.

5)I have more energy, especially on the weekends, to accomplish more.

6) What few lbs I gained back on seem to have gone straight to my belly, not awesome at all.
