Okay okay, im on my period, and i went over my calories enough to gain ONE pound. But my waterweight should be gone by now, it usually goes away the day i get my period. (I got it yesterday)
I know i ate loads of sugar monday night.
Wonder if thats holding on to some water..
I weighed in at 188.2 this morning.
YIKES. Im not upset, im kinda releived, in a sick way, because that means the scale is at least moving in SOME direction. Maybe not the direction i want, but im away from 185. I ate that number. Now its my misson to get BELOW IT.
Wonder what i'll weight next week. Im cycling between 1600, 1800, and 2000 calories.
