Entry Day 37

Weight loss seems to be going slow and steady...I average about a pound a week.  I've been finding it incredibly easy to stay within my caloric limit.  Now if only I could start exercising again.  I wish that money didn't have to be such a big issue in my life :(  Eh...I guess that's not a huge deal...I'm 2 months behind on my gym membership payment and I don't think I'll be able to catch it up in order to go.  I've been thinking about getting a jump rope and a few free weights.  Hmmmm....I don't know yet.

I have a 23 pound loss so far.  My next goal is 320.  Only 7 more pounds until I reach that goal.  And then my next goal will be 300 pounds.  Once I get under 300 I'm sure that my motivation to exercise is going to sky rocket.  I need to buy more vitamins :/...I think I have four days of those left...

I can do this.

Jump ropes are cheap. DO it. You can use cans of veggies as free weights or bottles of water. No need to invest in those. I want a hula hoop :) If I knew how to burn these DVDs I have I'd send you some work out dealies, but I suck at that.

Just keep good on the diet and try to move around when you can. Even if it's playing a game of 'get one thing on this side of the grocery store, then one thing on that side of the grocery store' to get you rushing around more. I think I tend to do that on accident :)

a pound a week is great!  hey, and that's with no exercise?  just think about how much you'd lose if you would exercise!  probably at least double.  :D

yeah, money is tight here, too.  well, nah!  LOL  we have no money...  i've been just exercising around the house lately.  it's too cold outside and/or windy & rainy.

a jumprope?!  awesome!  i got one & it even counts my jumps & tells me how far it would be & how many calories i've burned.  now, if i would only just start using it.  ;)

congrats on the 23 pounds!!!  WooHoo!!!  keep it up, you're doing great!!!
