001. I went walking for an hour an five minutes.
002. I had a maintaince day.
003. I went walking even though I didnt want to.
004. I had a absolutley lazy day :P haha.
005. That I only got mad once and my boyfriend understood why.
006. I only yelled once.
007. That I cooked and made the taco' s for lunch :)
008. That the number on the scale isnt an obsession.
009. Fluxuations are fine.
010. As long as I am between 115-120 :)

001. I went walking for 1 hour and 2 minutes - (6,200 steps)
002. I ate a piece of cake, and walked 600 extra steps to make it ok.
003. I walked 10,600 steps.
004. I watched finding nemo, my favorite movie!
005. That a wheat torilla tasted 1000000x better than white.
006. That I only argued once today, and it stayed undercontrol.
007. That I didnt dwell on the arguement too long.
008. That I reached 116.6 today and lost my water weight! (from free week)
009. I watched mulan my other favorite movie :)
010. That I dolled up all cute today to go out :)

006. I order Brandi's material for the 54' packard clipper inteior.
007. That I am holding myself back from my hawaiian candy!
