The 30 day challenge is to stay at 1400 calories per day, and only consume the calories burnt during exercise over that. For 30 days in a row including weekends.
This is day two. I am doing good so far it's 3pm and I am at 709. I plan on making dinner early because I am going to a basketball game. Kind of nerve wreaking in itself because they have all kinds of goodies at basketball games including alcohol.
So I am going to stay strong and only have 1400 calories today, I ran for an hour yesterday for the first time and my legs are killing me.
