This morning was NOT a good day for a weigh in!! I started weighing myself weekly so I wouldn't be obsessed with daily weight losses gains. I did seem ttio check my every other day but have decided to record it only on Thursdays. Anyways, I had noticed before the weekend the scales starting to go up.... and up.... never went back down!! This is just depressing. I went from 231 last week to 235 today!!!
I posted yesterday where on Monday, I changed my calorie goal from 1500 to 1200 becuase I was not meeting that goal or even coming close. I am making the 1200 but it does seem harder on some days.
I have 64 oz of water a day plus I treat myself to a 8oz glass of Dt. Dr. Pepper and/or a 8oz of Dt. Green Tea. I try to have either 8 oz of apple juice/ cider for breakfast. I do realise that these are higher in sugar.
I do eat a LOT of fruit throughout the day and I do eat my veggies as well. I am not a huge meat person... but I do enjoy my baked chicken breast.
I don't have a regular exercise routine but I don't sit on my butt all day! I guess I will start something today, I do have various dvds I could use. Maybe that will help along with the weight loss.
I am NOT giving up... it's just I try so hard and the scale isn't moving!! I guess I just need to step it up and change a few things.... I am determined to have a weight loss next weel!!!
It sounds like you are in the same boat as me. I've done well w/ the cals this week (though not so much w/ exercising), but the scale's creeping up on me as well. Just hang in there. As long as you keep trying, you'll get the results you want. Just don't give up! You never know what may be going on. You may be just retaining water. Keep up the good work, dust off the exercise dvd's and let me know how you're doing. :) |
