Fall! My favorite part of the year :). It's a very fall day this morning in MN as the wind is blowing and the temperature fell below 40 degress last night. Brrrrr! I can't wait til it snows. Ah, I love this state :). And warming up to a bowl of oatmeal with a hot cup of coffee for breakfast!

Boo. I have the flu. I finally worked up the courage to eat something! Some toast should do the trick hopefully I can keep it down. Missing two days of work and laying in bed being lazy sucks!! ugh!

I know, I know. I've wrote about it time and time again but i'm starting to get REALLY frustrated and wish I could just dig myself in a hole and be there until I hit my goal weight..heres how the conversation with my room mate just went.
Her: Well, we could order pizza tonite since we both don't want to cook.
Me: I don't really want pizza...*only saying this because I had a "crappy" lunch*
Her: well whatever, I tried, you pick something then
Me: Sorry it's hard when im trying to watch what i eat.
Her: nothing to be sorry for, you can't help it that your psychotic about weighing food and what's in everything.
REALLY?! I ENJOY eating healthy, I don't psychotically weigh everything either, Im to the point where i KNOW how much of my cereal looks like 30 grams in the bowl. I know stuff like that, yeah I may not be fun to eat around but please stop taunting me for what I do. I like to eat healthy, it makes me feel good, when something greasy hits my stomach it makes me literally physically want to vomit. My body is used to the good stuff I eat now and I rather enjoy it. I really wish people would just understand that it's a "lifestyle change" not something I do every other day because I feel I have to. I'm so sick of being mocked for it. The only support I have is my mother..she watched me suffer with weight problems through junior high and high school and is glad that I finally decided to put my foot down and do something about it. I'm seriously thinking about next summer getting a 1 bedroom apartment. There I won't be able to be mocked for what I eat..I just really needed to get that out

It's true what they say about processed foods..NOT GOOD. I got a large paycheck and decided to make a "meal plan" and buy a weeks worth of groceries..made meals in advance and froze them, made fresh breads, so on and so fourth. The result? 2 lbs lost! I'd been losing about .5 lbs a week..won't lie to ya..when I lost my first 30 lbs last summer I ate a lot of prepackaged stuff because it was "easy" well it's just as easy on a day when I'm bored and not working to make a few meals and freeze them! I loooove cooking now! That's my rave for the day :):)!

Is jump roping as good an exercise as running?
