I feel like I am making some impact on my lifestyle and making better choices. There are still many times when I make mistakes, but I am exercising more frequently again and have made a little headway with the scale. Doing once a week weigh-ins now instead of avoiding it altogether. I also feel I am getting better with portion control and that my partner is starting to understand my habits a little better.
I feel great.
