			<title>I think the Heat is helping</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;I have lost 3lbs in the last 2 weeks which for me is really good.&amp;nbsp; I know that if I was exercising I would be dropping a lot more I just cant seem to get motivated to do it.&amp;nbsp; I know this journey is a lifestyle change and I am ok with having to weigh myself daily in order to maintian/loose wieght.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I also am aware that at some point I will have to incorporate an exercise routine but my thought is that if I am loosing with out it lets save that for when I thit that Weight Loss wall.&amp;nbsp; I know it is coming.&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>Month 1</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;Feeling pretty good this week. Lost 1.8 so that is a total of 5.4 in&amp;nbsp;1 months time.&amp;nbsp; Not tremendous but not horrible either.&amp;nbsp; When you put it all into perspective it is not bad.&amp;nbsp; Come on think about&amp;nbsp;when you were last at your ideal weight for me that was just before I got pregnant with my oldest daughter 11 years ago.&amp;nbsp; Since that time I have put on 60 plus pounds.&amp;nbsp; So if you average that out I have gained almost 6lbs per year.&amp;nbsp; If I stay at this rate or even slow a bit I will loose that amount and then some in 1 year.&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>ARRGHHH!!  Yo Yoing again</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;I weigh myself every morning.&amp;nbsp; I do this to try and keep myself on track but I only record my weight on Wednesdays.&amp;nbsp; So this morning I weighed and I am 2 lbs up.&amp;nbsp; Tracking my calories for this week, my burn is way more then my intake by like 4500 calories which is easily 1lb.&amp;nbsp; Last week my burn was only 988 more then my intake for the week and I was down almost 2 lbs.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>Over Rewarded my self</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;OK so I was feeling really good about loosing 2.8 lbs.&amp;nbsp; So Wednesday night is the night I usually get to have a girls night with my 2 daughters (7 and 11) they wanted Pizza.&amp;nbsp; I thought to myself, OK I can handle this no pigging out, WRONG I LOVE PIZZA.&amp;nbsp; I had Cheezy Bread with Marinara sauce and 3 slices of Pepperoni Pizza.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Then Yesterday I had to run errands for work so I was out an about I stopped and got Mcdonald's chicken nuggets and fries.&amp;nbsp; WAAAAYYY bad for me.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Here is the kicker though, My calorie count was not totally out of control, my pizza frenzy only added up to 2148 cal my daily allowance is 1500 but my burn is 2240 so I still had a 92 cal deficit for the pizza feed.&amp;nbsp; Then for My indescretion at Mcdonalds I adjusted my dinner to accomodate the added calorie intake so I ended up at 1485cal for the day.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I just don't want to lul myself into a false sense of &quot;it's okay to eat favorite foods&quot;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

			<description>&lt;p&gt;Ok I have to pat myself on the back after all the yo yoing I have been doing my first week is a great success.&amp;nbsp; 2.8lbs and that was even with our weekend of camping in there.&amp;nbsp; We had some good treats and I enduldged but not overly so.&amp;nbsp; I do have to admit though I am a bit worried that this last weekends eats may end up on next weeks weigh-in.&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>I am excited</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;I really like the In and Out theory on this site.&amp;nbsp; I love to see numbers and be able to back it up with results.&amp;nbsp; Which I am hoping to see next Wednesday on my Weigh in day.&amp;nbsp; I am a little more hungry today then I have been.&amp;nbsp; I am assuming that is because I went a little overboard yesterday.&amp;nbsp; Oh well back on the wagon.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>Day after day 1</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;So yesterday I decided since I can't seem to motivate myself in the evening to exercise everytime I go to the bathrooom, at work I will do 10-20 squats before going back to my desk.&amp;nbsp; I have a very small office and a 1 person bathroom very private no one would know.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>Day 1 of my blog</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;I have been at this since last January 2008. In the first round I did very well I started at 271lbs my heaviest ever.&amp;nbsp; I got down to 245lbs in May. Then I got laid off and depressed and totally fell off the wagon.&amp;nbsp; Back up to 261lbs.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;So as of January 2009 I decided to give it another go. I have been yo-yoing very bad this time around.&amp;nbsp; So I decided to try this approach.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; We will see if this helps at all.&amp;nbsp; I know keeping track last time seemed to help a lot it was manual in a little mini calendar I had.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;So let's recap:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;January 2008&amp;nbsp; 271lbs&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;May 2008 245lbs&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;January 2009 261lbs&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;May 2009 254lbs&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;My incentive is Vegas in October.&amp;nbsp; My original goal when I started in January was to be at 200lbs or less.&amp;nbsp; I think at this point that may be a bit of a stretch but I will do my best.&amp;nbsp; Slow and steady wins the race right!!!&lt;/p&gt;</description>			<comments>http://caloriecount.about.com/users/ilovebeading/303267.html</comments>
