I woke up this morning and decided I needed to do more to lose weight, so I ate healthily all day and I decided to check exactly how many calories I had intaken. Then I found this site and It's great :D
today I have intaken 1447 out of a guide of 2200 so thats good, Tomorrow I will be consious of what I eat then I will check the amount of calories that I have intaken. I planned to lose 8 pounds but the site wanted me to lose 20.8 pounds which is what I am aiming for, (well anything in between really)
should be easy ;)
