			<title>A busy weekend</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;I didn't go to the gym but I don't feel to guilty about it.&amp;nbsp; Yesterday I cleaned house and did laundry so I kept fairly busy.&amp;nbsp; I did take a nap though.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Today I spent over 6 hours doing yard work so I think that should make up for the gym.&amp;nbsp; I am tired tonight.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I go to work later tomorrow so I plan to go to the gym tomorrow before I go to work and then after work I need to do a few more things around the house.&amp;nbsp; I would like to get the basement cleaned this week.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;My daughter is at my mothers until next Sunday so I should be able to get something accomplised without her messing things up.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I best go and I think I am going to relax the rest of the evening.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; A little time for me&amp;nbsp; which I don't take very often.&lt;/p&gt;</description>			<comments>http://caloriecount.about.com/users/imhoff/316918.html</comments>

			<title>I will get there</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;No I did not make it to the gym.&amp;nbsp; I ended up helping my husband do something instead.&amp;nbsp; I am still whipped from yesterday.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I was quite busy at work today.&amp;nbsp; I had meetings most of the morning and I am trying to get caught up on my care planning.&amp;nbsp; Most of what I did today was desk work.&amp;nbsp; We had a resident move to our unit from another unit today but that was most of that kind of activity.&amp;nbsp; I am still behind but it is a little bit better.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I best go and get some stuff done.&amp;nbsp; I want to get to bed early tonight.&amp;nbsp; I was pretty sleep deprived.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I did eat mainly healthy things today so that part is better.&amp;nbsp; It is back to salads and wheat products.&amp;nbsp; My lunch is packeed for tomorrow so that kind of stuff should help and I have fruit and stuff packed to keep me out of the candy machine so I should be prepared.&lt;/p&gt;</description>			<comments>http://caloriecount.about.com/users/imhoff/310810.html</comments>

			<title>I don't get it</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;I worked so hard last year to take of the weight and now this year I just gain.&amp;nbsp; I have no motivation any more.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I thought I was getting it back and ready to get to the gym again and guess what I broke my toe.&amp;nbsp; I don't seem to have enough hours in a day.&amp;nbsp; This team leader position is going to get the best of me.&amp;nbsp; There is not enough help to start with and the call in are horrible.&amp;nbsp; I am just so stressed and depressed.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I need to find the will and it just doesn't seem to happen.&amp;nbsp; I will keep looking for it and hopefully it will come back.&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>I do miss all of you</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;These last three months have had many down times.&amp;nbsp; A part of me still wants to be here but so much has changed.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;My new position leaves even less time for sleep because I am constantly getting call ins all times of the day and I get so tired that I just don't care.&amp;nbsp; I work a lot of 16 hour days because there is not one to work and I get so frustrated.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;My grandma died unexpectedly and here funeral was yesterday.&amp;nbsp; I guess things are getting me to thinking again.&amp;nbsp; I need to find a way to get myself back here.&amp;nbsp; I need to try and find a schedule that works and just start letting them work short and maybe people will stop calling in all of the time.&amp;nbsp; For as many times as I come in no one wanted to work the floor for me 2 hours so I could go to the funeral.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I best go and get off to my real world or working and when I can try and find a schedule that will work with my crazy life I will let you know.&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>I hope I can make it</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;I still have over an hour left to do by the first and I have a hectic schedule of events.&amp;nbsp; I took a couple of days off.&amp;nbsp; Sunday I was just very tired and Monday I had a lot of errands to do while I was off.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I have been to the gym the last couple of nights again and it feels very good.&amp;nbsp; I walked in the lazy river and I miss how relaxing that can be.&amp;nbsp; It sure helps with my stress.&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>Another day</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;I did go to work for 4 hours today and then I came home and did some laundry, picked up a few things around the house and went shopping.&amp;nbsp; I picked up kids from school and then I took a nap.&amp;nbsp; I made supper and then I had to help my husband fix the toilet.&amp;nbsp; I got my dishes done and cleaned up the toilet mess.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I am off to the shower soon and to bed because I work at 5 am.&amp;nbsp; Only tomorrow and Sunday left for them and then I should have to go in that early unless there is an emergency.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The only thing is when I start this other job my hair won't be thrown back in a pony every day so I will have to actually get up and fix it.&amp;nbsp; Oh well.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>Been gone too long again</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;I haven't been here for about a week now and I missed it.&amp;nbsp; I am still not quite all the way over my cold but much better.&amp;nbsp; My upstairs is cleaned, the camper is cleaned out and the garden is cleaned out.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I am done with my 10 and 12 hour shifts and only have 2 night shifts to go.&amp;nbsp; I am only working 40 hours a week pretty much on the next schedule so I will feel like I am on vacation.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I am going to go to the gym but until my cold is all the way better I will take it slow.&amp;nbsp; I am more than&amp;nbsp; ready to go back and get some energy.&amp;nbsp; I haven't sat down much lately but it just isn't the same.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I best go and hit&amp;nbsp; the bed soon because I am working on getting good sleep in a night because if I get too many people calling in starting the next schedule sleep will be hard to come by.&amp;nbsp; Take&amp;nbsp; care everyone and I will be back tomorrow.&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>Blasted Clinics</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;I have been sick all week and I usually end up with asthmatic bronchitis if I don't get it under control pretty much right away but do you think I could get a Dr appointment.&amp;nbsp; It took me three days to get in and I finally got an antibiodic.&amp;nbsp; I am tired, stressed and have no idea how I am going to get things done.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I am off to take my medicine, a hot bath and my bed until 4 am when the stupid alarm will call me out of my bed.&amp;nbsp; In 2 weeks from today I will kind of get to decide when I go to work.&amp;nbsp; I will probably go in at 6:30 most days but it is 1 and 1/2 hours later than now and if something comes up oh well.&amp;nbsp; I will just have to go back when I am done picking up kids from school.&amp;nbsp; I better go and hit the tub because I hear my bed calling me.&lt;/p&gt;</description>			<comments>http://caloriecount.about.com/users/imhoff/229094.html</comments>

			<title>More and more cleaning</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;I have just been busy washing walls and shampooing carpets that I forgot to journal yesterday.&amp;nbsp; I just have the two bedrooms left and I will work on them this week as time allows and finish them on the weekend if I don't get them done.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I do need to finish taking a couple of things out of the camper and clean out the garden so I will have plenty to do on my days off this weekend.&amp;nbsp; I should be pretty much caught up then and back to the gym for me.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Tomorrow I sign my status change for my new position so I guess I will have to admit the others at work that I did apply.&amp;nbsp; They are having so much fun with the rumors that I am trying to make them believe that I didn't.&amp;nbsp; I was told the morning before I had my interview that they heard that I was the new team leader.&amp;nbsp; I didn't even want anyone to know that I had applied but somehow the word got out.&amp;nbsp; For the most part I haven't even admitted that I did to people.&amp;nbsp; I don't know for sure when I officially start but I will find out tomorrow.&amp;nbsp; The rumor at work is when I am done with my schedule but I still have a schedule to go so it won't be for another couple of weeks at least.&amp;nbsp; I don't know how much of a raise I am getting either but maybe I should ask everyone else because they seem to know it all.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I best go and do the dishes so I can get off to bed.&amp;nbsp; I hope I get some sleep because my husband has bronchitis and is continuously coughing.&amp;nbsp; He did take a couple of days off from work and went to the doctor today to get some medicine.&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>I am getting more done</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;I am finally almost done with the kitchen, hopefully I will finish it before I go to bed tonight.&amp;nbsp; I am very tired because I only slept for about 3 hours today but I need to sleep tonight because I work at 5 am so I want to get to bed before too late.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I did get the job but I don't know for sure when I start it.&amp;nbsp; The interview was kind of a wide awakening for what is in store.&amp;nbsp; It will be quite challenging but here it goes.&amp;nbsp; I guess I am suppose to stay late some days on the next schedule and do some training but the other team leaders are gone by the time I get done with my shifts the first half of the schedule so I will see what happens.&amp;nbsp; It will come in its own time.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This is a record for me lately because it is my fourth day in a row journaling.&amp;nbsp; The eating is still going alright.&amp;nbsp; Still some room for improvement but a lot less junk and more healthy things even though I am tired.&amp;nbsp; I have been so busy I almost forget to eat.&lt;/p&gt;
