I don't quite believe I've lost weight, I don't really feel different... My clothes fit a little better, but thats it.
I don't think I'll believe it until I'm under 150. When I see a 4 as the second number I'll stop thinking my scale is lieing to me. Even so I guess 15 pounds is nothing to laugh at.

Chinese food is my biggest vice. I go out with friend to get it way too much. I can't convince myself to eat lightly when I'm there... I end up ruining an entire day.

Social activities are really hard to deal with and still stay on track. Yesterday my friends (who i have gone out with for awhile, school is busy) wanted to go get chinese. I made a plan for what to get (potstickers and some soup) and new it would be high calorie, but doable in my day.
I ended up eating much more than I should have. Then went out drinking that same night. Thankfully I was able to moderate myself and had one rum and coke before switching to water. But then when I got home at 3am (!) I was soooooo hungry again. so I had some chicken nuggets...
Overall that was a very bad eating day and I didn't even have that much fun doing it. Sigh... i guess all I can do is hop back on track today.
