So I just started and MOnday I did pretty good, a slim-fast shake for breakfast, lunch was chicken breast w/ veggies, and dinner was salmon with salad. Yesterday I had turkey sandwich on wheat, no mayo or anything else just 1 turkey cut. Lunch was a bean soup, and dinner.. ok i went bad I made veggie lasagna. Today so far I just had a sandwich again.

Sounds like you're doing well. At least the lasagna was veggie and without all the extra cheese calories and fat grams. Do you snack between meals at all? I find that I like that better than having regular meals. I usually snack on fruits and veggies and am really loving it.
