Thank. JESUS. I am finally getting back down towards my lowest weight of 213. I've been on and off the wagon so much, sometimes I feel like a failure. But then I realize that even though I've been trying to lose weight for 2-3 years and have only lost 60lbs.. What I've been GAINING is the love of healthy foods and trying to teach myself how to live a healthy life. When people instantly lose weight, they sometimes just go back to their old habits because they think "well I did it, I'm done now". I know I could never do that.. because my habits have been permanently changed. I can't really explain it.. I guess I'm just way more aware of how I'm supposed to eat. I'm thankful that I've never given up and gone back to what I once was.

Enough rambling, though. Hahah. Once I reach 212, I'm going to throw myself a party. A party of.. me sitting alone eating celery sticks and peanut butter. Seriously, I'm addicted to that stuff. :D Random tip: Peanut butter is an awesome way to get enough calories in your day without having to eat a ton, hahaha. And that + celery is awesome fiber!

Hey everyone! I just wanted to report in. My weightloss has been fantastic! By that, I mean that I have been eating 1700-1800 calories and I steadily lose weight! Even though it isn't as fast as it was before (it's now about 1-1.5 pounds a week), it's definitely working better on the whole. My weight doesn't fluctuate NEARLY as much as it used to.

For example: This weekend (for 2 days) I went out with friends and ended up consuming like 3000-3500 calories each day. I was completely depressed about it, because I was positive I would gain back a pound or two and ruin 1-2 weeks of work. Guess what happened when I got on the scale today? I was DOWN a pound. Yeeeah. That was never possible when I was regularly eating 1200-1300 calories.

I'm just so happy about my metabolism not being screwed anymore. It's much easier for me to stay within my limits and now I know if I do slip up once every couple of months.. it's not going to kill me. Life is gooood :)

Entry Whatever scale!

I tried my scale again and I got on it about 4 times in different spots of the room. It was the same number 3 of those times. So.. I guess I lost about 2 pounds last week! Awesomeeee. Just knowing that my weight is going down is good. I don't have to know the legit number. I'm still going strong with my 1800 calories. I have also been going to the gym about 4 times a week to use an elliptical! Maybe I should try measuring my waist for inches too..

Entry My scale is borked

Craaap. My scale is broken. Every time I step on it, it reads a random number. Like I'll step on it 5 times and there can be a 3 pound difference each time. Gaaah. So I have no idea what my weight is doing. I will just assume it's going down, considering I am back at school now and have been working out at the gym 4 times a week. It's pretty sad that I'm always healthier when I'm at school on my own. When I'm at my mom's house everything goes to hell. Baaad influence D:

So um, I have no idea how I'll weigh in for a while. There is a scale at the gym so perhaps I'll go by that until I can buy a new scale. I'm super strapped for money right now.

Entry My weight went back up

My weight went up to 235. Yikes.

Good news though, I've been eating 1800 calories a day and I'm down to 230 already. I am so freaking thankful that I finally got the courage to up my calories (I used to eat 1300 a day). My body was obviously in starvation mode because 1) I wasn't losing weight on 1300 anymore and 2) when I ate maintenance cals I gained 10lbs, lol. My metabolism got screwed up!

SO anyway, 1800 = golden. Seriously, I'm mad I didn't start out this high from the beginning. My headaches are gone and I even feel happier or something!

Well I didn't really lose much this week. I saw 213 once but then it went back up to 214 for some reason. Oh well! Anyway I have some new pics in my gallery if anyone is interested Laughing

Phew, finally hovering around my lowest weight again (214). That was quite a scare! No more randomly gaining 10 pounds for me, rofl. It was weird because that has never happened before. 

Anyway. So I went to the mall today to find plain black dress pants. I went to EVERY woman/teen store and came up with nothing. I was so mad. Some of the 16s were too tight, the 18s were too huge, or the pant legs would be way too wide and the waist too small.. I was going crazy. But I NEEDED pants for tomorrow for a ballet that I'm going to. So I tried to think of where else I could go and I remembered I had a gift card to Kohl's. I had to drive to the opposite side of town to get to it.. and literally within the first 5 minutes that I was there, I found a perfect size 17 jUNIORS pants. They fit me everywhere great.. except the waist is a tiny bit loose Wink I can't believe I can actually buy clothes that are made for my age group.. WOO! Oh and the gift card took care of the entire cost so they were basically free!

So yeah, my advice of the day to you fine ladies is go to Kohl's. That store rules!

Well on Thursday I was 217 but I ate pretty bad this weekend and ended up getting sick so I'm not totally sure what I weigh right now. I'll just stay perfectly on track this week and have a more accurate reading next Sunday.


So I'll count it as a 2 pound loss this week. Very nice!

If you are watching your calories and are doing really well for a while, do NOT randomly eat something high in fat. I just threw up a storm. I dunno if it was food poisoning or what.. but I went to Ruby Tuesday's and got pasta and nearly died from it. Yikes.


Cheat days are very dangerous days :(
