My weight went up to 235. Yikes.
Good news though, I've been eating 1800 calories a day and I'm down to 230 already. I am so freaking thankful that I finally got the courage to up my calories (I used to eat 1300 a day). My body was obviously in starvation mode because 1) I wasn't losing weight on 1300 anymore and 2) when I ate maintenance cals I gained 10lbs, lol. My metabolism got screwed up!
SO anyway, 1800 = golden. Seriously, I'm mad I didn't start out this high from the beginning. My headaches are gone and I even feel happier or something!
Thats great! I'm about 160 lbs. now and CC suggested me to eat 1300 as well but I am having such a hard time sticking with it. I think I will start excercising and up my cals? |

I wish I had an elliptical! All I do is walk around my neighborhood for 30 mins. Good luck with the higher cals. It feels so much better it's ridiculous. I don't feel deprived or anything anymore.. and it's pretty shocking to see the scale continuously move downward. Seriously, my weight was all over the damn place when I was doing 1300 cals. It almost feels too easy now.. and now I sound like one of those weight loss supplement scammers. Ahahahaha |
Will I lose weight if I eat the same food over and over?
You can lose weight despite eating the same food day-after-day as long as you eat fewer calories than you burn. In fact, eating the... Read more
