I tried my scale again and I got on it about 4 times in different spots of the room. It was the same number 3 of those times. So.. I guess I lost about 2 pounds last week! Awesomeeee. Just knowing that my weight is going down is good. I don't have to know the legit number. I'm still going strong with my 1800 calories. I have also been going to the gym about 4 times a week to use an elliptical! Maybe I should try measuring my waist for inches too..
you know what??? I'm just sooo proud that you have kept a positive attitude through all of this. You seem like a great person and I am so glad you have made it this far. My only advice (not saying youre not doing this already) when your working out....go until you physically cannot go anymore.. dont stop when youre bored, or you "think" it was good enough, or the song you were listening to is over... You go until physically you HAVE to stop... 1800 cals??? good. Watch the salt and "bad" sugar.
When I work out and I'm extremely tired and feel like I cant go anymore.... I tell myself.. "stop after one more song" (on my MP3 player), then after that song....I do one more (I tell myself..."if I want my children to succeed in life, I will do it for one more song for them) It helps me when I feel like I cant go anymore. |
