Entry day 3 of being serious lol

Ok, so I think I've been doing really good, I haven't gone over my daily limit and when I weighed myself this morning it showed that I've lost 1 pound! I was so surprised because I simply don't have the energy to do any sort of physical activity and I'm so exhausted that I go to bed really early and instead of waking up early like I'm supposed to, so I can work out, I snooze it until the last minute!

I hope I gain more energy, maybe it's because that time of the month is set to start and I have been feeling under the weather.

I'm excited for the weekend! I'm cooking a nice cheesy lasagna with garlic bread for my beau for his birthday and I'm also making chocolate mousse cake for the first time! Yes it's sinful and I'm really going to go over my calories, but it's totally worth it! Hoping my week continues down the right path!
