I ran a little, and vomited soon after, while doubled over in back pain. I am offically out of commision.
I hope my school like the smell of half digested kielbasa. :D Cause that's what's on the bathroom floor~
P.S. In the mist of all this, I actually felt really good, because I had almost run a mile before I stopped due to back pain. When I was in highschool, I couldn't run AT ALL. I mean, it was a shuffle, and I just sucked at it!
So, when I get better, I can run with pride. <3
Also, I finally got a free water bottle from the health center. JACK POT!
Get some rest. That is an order Eat wholesome things, watch your cals a little closer and don't worry. Getting sick happens. It is just a little blip on your journey. But if you keep stressing an injury, you can turn a blip into a 3 month recovery period. Every 5-6 weeks, I take a full week off of weights. recovery is part of the process.
