Entry daily routine

up at 5-6 am--work out at 7-8 am for about an hour--protien drink--walk the dogs for at least 2 miles--lunch juice of papaya,oranges,apple,strawberry,kiwi,mango--afternoon snack of popcorn ,nuts,jerky or whatever--small bulk product--supper at 6-7 pm--fish,chicken --squash,or vegs--cerial at 9pm for a snack before bed--800-1000 calories per day--
