			<description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;font color=&quot;#800000&quot;&gt;I decided today would be a rest day...I didn't sleep very well again last night with my coughing and dry throat.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I don't feel as horrible as I did the last couple of days so today is a good day to take off from the gym and just relax so that the rest of the week/end I feel better.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;font color=&quot;#800000&quot;&gt;My man left today for 5 days to go visit some friends in the mid west.&amp;nbsp; I'm sure he will have fun but he said he didn't want to go.&amp;nbsp; Anyway, it means I have the weekend to myself, to either get a lot done or do nothing.&amp;nbsp; I think my friend that I went to India with wants to hang out...it would be good to see her.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/font&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			<description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;font color=&quot;#99cc00&quot;&gt;I'm still not eating the best I could be. Yesterday I broke down and had some chocolate and then chips at work.&amp;nbsp; I came home and ate some dried fruit and nuts got into icecream...about two bites and finally said STOP.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;font color=&quot;#99cc00&quot;&gt;I had a rough night of sleep...my throat was dry and I had post nasal drip so I coughed a lot and just didn't sleep well.&amp;nbsp; My throat this morning is scratchy, I know I should rest.&amp;nbsp; I have no sick leave at work yet since I'm still in my probation period and I can't really not go to work since that looks bad too.&amp;nbsp; I also have been doing so well with my workouts that I don't want to stay home, yet I'm tired.&amp;nbsp; I'm sure I'll end up going to step class, I think right now actually working out will help me feel better with endorphins.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;font color=&quot;#99cc00&quot;&gt;J leaves tomorrow for 5 days.&amp;nbsp; I hope he has fun. It sucks since we only see each other on the weekends with the way our schedules are right now.&amp;nbsp; I should be able to rest if I still don't feel well or get things done.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			<description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;font color=&quot;#ff0000&quot;&gt;EDIT: did the class...it was ok today a lot of new people but i still burned 700 calories in 90 min.&amp;nbsp; I include a warm up plus a little extra cardio in the end and a cool down in those 90 min.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;font color=&quot;#800000&quot;&gt;Headache, sore throat...please don't let me get sick.&amp;nbsp; I have been doing everything possible not to get sick.&amp;nbsp; When J was sick I slept in the other room, when people at work were sick I stayed away, when patients were sick I wore a mask.&amp;nbsp; Yet this morning I have a tightness in my throat with a nice phlegm that keeps coming up and a headache. I rarely have headaches...I hope it is just the change in the weather...lots of vitamins today for me.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;font color=&quot;#339966&quot;&gt;I'm going to the gym with the trainer, we are probably doing plyometric stuff today along with legs.&amp;nbsp; My body is still sore from all the workouts this week. But I will suck it up and do it since I know it is good for me.&amp;nbsp; I'm wearing my HR monitor with the goal of burning 600+ calories in the 1.5 hours I'm there.&amp;nbsp; Workout plus cardio is my goal.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

It was fun and I got a workout in I didn't expect.&amp;nbsp; That is why I think I will get at least 6 this week.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;font color=&quot;#339966&quot;&gt;Food overall has been good.&amp;nbsp; I have been eating more than I want but maybe it is what my body needs with all the exercise and what I do at work.&amp;nbsp; I noticed that my belly is looking flatter and I put on a pair of jeans that used to not fit and wore them on Sat to dinner.&amp;nbsp; We had a good time on Sat and went to a fun place. I ordered top sirloin steak, baked potato and veggies ate half and took the rest home.&amp;nbsp; I did have some mozzarella sticks but no bread and then we all split some bread pudding for dessert.&amp;nbsp; I didn't drink and didn't get called in.&amp;nbsp; Yesterday I'm sure my intake was more than necessary...we ate breakfast out and even though we had egg white omelets and hash browns they were swimming in butter or whatever they use.&amp;nbsp; Then we had pizza for dinner.&amp;nbsp; No real lunch since breakfast was more of a brunch a few snacks but UGH!&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			<description>&lt;p&gt;I went to the gym as planned, burned 600 calories in an hour doing kickbox cardio. I love that class...same instructor as yesterdays class.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Not much else planned for today but tonight we are going out to dinner with a friend and his wife that I graduated school with.&amp;nbsp; Not sure where but I will be good. I'm on call so no drinks for me.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I stopped at Lowes to get the fertilizer for the lawn and the weed killer.&amp;nbsp; I was hoping J could at least help me with that today...but he is gone and said he would do it tomorrow. I'm holding him to it.&amp;nbsp; It is the least he could do since he didn't help me pay for the yard guy or the $65 I spent at Lowes.&amp;nbsp; Even though he said he would help pay for a guy if I hired him.&amp;nbsp; Maybe I should bring it up?&amp;nbsp; But really it isn't worth getting upset, I'm so glad that I don't have to do it either.&lt;/p&gt;

I love that class and that instructor, she really makes you work your butt off.&amp;nbsp; Plus today I put 2 risers on my step so my heart rate was really up there...I wore the HR monitor and it said in 90 min I burned 711 calories.&amp;nbsp; WOW!!&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>day off...</title>

I could have gotten up and made it there and back home in time for my company but instead I cleaned the house, went to get gas, return movies and get some things at the grocery store (including two cute pumpkins).&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;font color=&quot;#3366ff&quot;&gt;My company was my financial planner.&amp;nbsp; I inherited him after my mom died.&amp;nbsp; He and my mom knew each other for 20+ years and he is a great man.&amp;nbsp; He lives in Colorado and comes out to Seattle every few years to meet face to face with his clients.&amp;nbsp; He had lots of good news to share with me about my money and gave me some great advice moving forward.&amp;nbsp; He thinks that I'm too much like my mom and need to stop worrying about money and being so frugal.&amp;nbsp; He actually insisted that I get my master bathroom redone with the money I have in my savings.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;font color=&quot;#3366ff&quot;&gt;Of course my dad thinks that he is just taking my cash from me since I have to pay him every year.&amp;nbsp; But that money comes out of the investments and really I don't know how to invest that well.&amp;nbsp; He already has my accounts up 20% from Jan 1.&amp;nbsp; How many people can say that?&amp;nbsp; So with that said, I told my dad that I feel confident enough in George to let him keep investing the money that was my mom's.&amp;nbsp; George is also going to tell me how to invest in the plan at work with no charge.&amp;nbsp; He wants that money to mirror what they are doing.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/font&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;font color=&quot;#3366ff&quot;&gt;I better finish this up...my yard looks fantastic, the weather is beautiful, my money is making money, I'm rested and ready for work. 			<description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;font color=&quot;#ff6600&quot;&gt;I was doing so well yesterday...except that I was starving all day and I caved in last night.&amp;nbsp; It started at the hospital when the night staff pulled out all their junk food.&amp;nbsp; I had some of it and then came home and had a bowl of cereal before bed.&amp;nbsp; It could have been worse but that makes me mad when I do that.&amp;nbsp; Back on the horse today.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/font&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;font color=&quot;#ff6600&quot;&gt;Yesterday I hired a guy to come and clean up my entire yard.&amp;nbsp; I have a little over a half acre that is mostly landscaped.&amp;nbsp; It is a lot of yard and a lot of work, I know I talk about it all the time.&amp;nbsp; I just was so overwhelmed with everything that needed to be done that I just had to hire someone.&amp;nbsp; He did an amazing job and it was under $400.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/font&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;font color=&quot;#ff6600&quot;&gt;Today I'm off to the gym to workout with the trainer. I don't have many more sessions so I think by the end of this month they should be used up and then I can cancel that membership.&amp;nbsp; I have been wearing my heart rate monitor.&amp;nbsp; This is good and bad, I sort of feel like I &quot;HAVE&quot; to wear it now and it is getting to the OCD point of controlling my life.&amp;nbsp; But maybe for now until this is all really ingrained again it is what I need to do.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/font&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
