Ok so I worked out deligently for 5 years watched everything I put in my mouth and then feet started to hurt will power began to wain and I put on weight well what did I expect.....that bottle of wine every day can't be helping either.
So I purchased a recumbant bike....no excuse doesn't hurt my feet and have decided to really try to take this weight off a bit concerned though the weight this site is giving as my goal was what I weighed in college havent seen that in over 28 years even when I was a size 6 I ddin't weigh that but need to use my own good judgement on that.
First big goal 15 lbs....get my flexibility back and leg strength ....and light lifting for these 50 year old arms.
Today is the first day of the newer healthier me.....Good Luck to Me
