Of course I'm all talk.
Didn't get to the gym last night.
Stuffed my face with stale crackers, Halloween chocolates, some overcooked squash... Really I just snacked a lot between getting home from work and dinner. Bad me.
Today i didn't pack a lunch because I had to be on the road for 6:15am. So I bought cafeteria lunch - skipped fries though - and just had the grilled veggie wrap - which of course has a ton of oil and probably isn't any better for you than the burger... but I tried a little. Salad would've been better.
Already done my lunch yoga (needed it for the stress) and it was lovely.
I am planning on hitting the weights tonight too - just to make up for my lazy night yesterday. Plus I have dry cleaning to pick up so I have to go that way anyhow.
Wed: Yoga & Weights (& dry cleaning)
Thurs: Running (& Entertaining J's brothers fiance for dinner & Greys)
Friday: Weights (& possible housewarming party?)
Sat: Running (& Dinner for brothers graduation)
Sun: Weights
I'm thinking a salad for dinner tonight. With leftover pork. OR steamed asian veggie mix topped with leftover pork. I realize they are the same idea just one is hot and one is cold. So I'm un-inspired meal wise....
Your mini meal sounds like my post dinner snack last night... I guess until the halloween candy dissipates, there will be no relief. Maybe if I go home and immediately throw it out I won't be tempted to go digging thru the garbage to get it back out! :) |
