Well....I'm about 130 calories over my goal calories today.. It was a long day. My sleeping schedule is still messed up. I ate breakfast at like 230 am, lunch at 7 am, and dinner at 5 pm so at 11 pm i was really hungry and decided to have another portion of dinner. Probably should have thought smarter and had a salad instead. Oh well maybe next time. At least I'm staying close to goal and thinking about things I can do to improve next time. :)
On another note, I'm really not exercising much. I need to start that! I've been so tired and have very little energy. I hope that things get going better soon!!
